The final schedule has been posted, including the following additional events:
Crafting Performance-Ready Synth Toys with Jim Susinno
(Friday June 7th, 8:00 PM)
Using the Arduino IDE and targeting the STMicroelectronics Nucleo family, it’s now possible to make medium-quality musical instruments almost from scratch, or from low-quality instruments. The Nucleo’s on-board DAC allows for dead silent operation when feeding into a PWM amplifier, and the FPU makes for easy, lazy programming that also works great on a desktop PC. With just a little bit of coding, crimping and soldering, you can finally make the sound your nerd soul sings.
@party Ten Year Retrospective
(Saturday June 8th, 3:00 PM)
Join us in celebrating 10 years of @party! We’ll tell stories and play demos from @parties past. We’ve got wireless mics to pass around the room, anybody who wants to share their own @party stories is welcome to chime in.
Oldskool Demoshow with Inverse Phase
(Saturday June 8th, 7:00 PM)
Inverse Phase is back with another curated selection of oldskool demos and plenty of information on what makes each production and platform unique. This presentation will be especially informative for attendees new to the demoscene, but even veteran sceners may learn something new, especially if they haven’t been keeping up with recent oldskool releases.
